(hereinafter “the Company”) provides the O2O (Online-to-Offline) service to link together restaurants, businesses, and people for the purpose of “creating enjoyable consumption through a variety of services that fuse the web and real.”Since the Company handles much personal information of customers, employees, and subcontractor employees, etc., (hereinafter “Personal Information”) during the operation of the service it has established this Personal Information Policy as a code of conduct to be observed by all of the Company’s employees and the Company will strive to suitable protect Personal Information in accordance with this policy.

  2. When the User is unexpectedly identified by the information entered in this service.
  3. When an external site linked from this service is provided with Personal Information by the User and that information is used.
  4. When a party other than the User obtains information (ID, password, etc.) that can be used to identify the individual User.

External Commissioning of Personal Information Processing

The Company may outsource all or part of the operations handling Personal Information to achieve the above purpose of use. In addition, the necessary and appropriate monitoring of the outsourcing contractor will be conducted to ensure the safe management of Personal Information by the outsourcing contractor.

Use of Statistically Processed Data
